Protecting all of that — really protecting it — takes more than good intentions. It takes someone who knows buildings, knows contractors, knows what questions to ask and what answers to push back on. Most property owners do not have that person. That is the whole reason I started this business.
I offer construction consulting, owner's representation, and property management — not as three separate services that happen to share a website, but as one integrated approach to property ownership that most people have never had access to before. All of it delivered by me, directly, with the same standard I developed over twenty years managing construction at some of New York City's most demanding properties.

I manage every phase of your project from the very first planning conversation through the final walkthrough. I review the bids, control the budget, monitor the schedule, and push back when something is not right. You always know what is happening and why. And you get the kind of experienced oversight that used to be reserved for large commercial projects, without the overhead of a large firm to go with it.
